Message: They will open their eyes at about 2 weeks old and will leave the nest at about 3 weeks. You can handle them after about 1 week and if the mom is aggreable would be a good idea, it will help to tame them.
There is nothing extra you have to do for them except may feed the mom more and give her a little more protein, a little fish (sardine or whatever you have for dinner) would be good.
If you haven't seperated the male from the female, you may have even more babies in about 3 weeks. Females can get pregnant again as soon as they deliver.

Message: Pet store people are always unreliable when sexing animals... or so I've learned from experience. I once got a Russian Dwarf hamster, and took it to three places to get it sexed. First one said girl, next one said boy, third said girl...>_< Never did find out what it was... (Settled on 'boy' though, so we could give 'him' a name...)
But, anyway, just so you know, you'll need to either get the babies sexed and seperate male from female, or get them all their own cage... Domestic mice become sexual matture at about 6weeks for females, and a while later for males.
And you don't want any more babies than you already have, I'm sure.
And, as PAul said, you should definetly seperate mommy and daddy mouse, other wise there's a good chance they'll end up being mommy and daddy again for another litter.
Good luck with your mice! They are such great pets!
